Model United Nations (MUN) & Diplomacy Training
Delivered under the umbrella of the International Youth Diplomacy Conference (IYDC), this track sharpens negotiation, policy analysis, and global engagement skills. It also aligns with the principles of the Model United Nations, a program established by the United Nations to train young people in diplomacy and prepare them for potential roles within the UN.
Governance and Leadership Training Programme
Entrepreneurship Training Programme
This program provides practical training in business development, startup strategies, and financial literacy. Given that entrepreneurship is a key solution to Africa’s unemployment challenges, participants will receive comprehensive entrepreneurial training to develop essential skills in business management, financial planning, fundraising, and more.
Information and Technology Skills Enhancement (HO2WO)
In partnership with the Home to World Office (HO2WO) initiative by Bruce Boye Business Consulting (BBBC), you will receive IT skills enhancement as young IT professional for specialized job opportunities in Europe and Africa. Through this initiative, IT-skilled African youth particularly from Ghana will be empowered to work on European projects remotely. Our goal is to boost global competitiveness and open new career pathways for these talented individuals.
Vocational & Technical Skills Enhancement Programme
In collaboration with industry experts, this programme is designed to equip young people with practical, hands-on skills in vocational and technical fields. Participants will gain real-world experience to help them thrive in today’s changing job market. Ghanaian attendees will also be linked to a specialized program through Ghana’s TVET and Youth Employment Agency, offering continued training and potential referrals to similar programs in other African countries.
Creative Arts Talents Enhancement Programme
It is a talent enhancement programme for young Africans in the following industries: visual arts, dance, theater, poetry, and literature. There will be workshops including, marketing, business development and others. Also creatives at the festival will have the opportunity to showcase their talents.
Youth in Agribusiness Programme
Highlighting agriculture’s pivotal role in Africa’s economy, this programme delves into sustainable farming practices, Agritech innovations, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the agricultural sector. Participants will explore how to transform traditional farming into profitable agribusiness ventures.
Women’s Wealth Building Training Programme
This training programme is designed to equip women with essential knowledge and practical skills in personal finance, savings, budgeting, investment, and access to microfinance. It aims to foster long-term economic independence and informed decision-making in both personal and business contexts.
